This return policy establishes the terms in which Chezaad SRL undertakes to return the money when the customer is not satisfied with the service received, as long as the following conditions are met:
- If the client expresses dissatisfaction within 30 days of receiving the service.
- If the service received is 100% owned by our company. If third-party services are contracted to deliver a result, the third party will have to make their return according to their own return policy.
