ChezWeb Service - Subscription development plans.
The development of the website is carried out in a CMS based on the programming languages HTML, Java and CSS, with a hosting of the platform in Digital Ocean. The creation of the site will be based on the matrix of characteristics stipulated on our website and any additional programming that is required must be requested after a quote.
An initial payment stipulated on our site will be made according to the type of plan that the client chooses, this initial payment must be accompanied by the first monthly payment of the service and must specify a total of 18 additional monthly payments to be able to request the termination of the service and receive its source code. In case of not making the payment of any of the monthly payments, the service will be suspended and the website will appear as an unavailable site until the client makes their payment, in case of having more than three months in a row without making the payment, the removal of the site permanently.
After 18 months of service, the customer has 3 options:
1) You can choose to maintain the service with all our benefits (hosting, domain, support, emails) by paying the usual monthly payment but without any contract binding and with the possibility of moving on to the following 2 options.
2) Renew the hosting and domain with our platform for a value of 150 usd for one year. We would take care of migrating everything to your new Chezaad hosting, but in this case the client would take care of the usual web support. In this option you would not have to pay a monthly payment. Only the hosting annuity.
3) Request the source code of the web to be able to mount in a hosting of another company. You could optionally pay for a feed to mount the platform on another hosting from another company if you need it for a single payment of 100USD.
If the website contains a payment processor, the payment is subject to the terms of use and the privacy policy of said third party (including, but not limited to, payment methods, tax liability, collection and use of your personal data and levels of support. ). We recommend that you review the terms of use and privacy policy of such third parties before submitting your Personal Data and using the services of such third parties.
